Terms of Service

By accessing or using OmanDoctors (the "Platform"), including our website, mobile applications, AI-assisted intake tools, booking features, and provider directory, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

OmanDoctors is a healthcare directory, discovery, booking, and communication platform. It is a directory, access, booking, and communication intermediary that helps patients in Oman find listed healthcare providers, request appointments, prepare intake summaries, and connect with participating providers.

OmanDoctors does not itself provide healthcare services. We are not a hospital, clinic, pharmacy, laboratory, medical practice, telemedicine provider, or emergency service. We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, dispense medication, provide dosage instructions, or make clinical decisions.

OmanDoctors does not employ, supervise, direct, or control the clinical work of any provider unless explicitly stated in a separate written contract. Listings may include public-source data, provider-submitted data, and admin-reviewed data, and may be incomplete or outdated.

The Platform is operated by ESTIO technology Development SPC. We facilitate connections between patients and independently licensed healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, laboratories, and other establishments.

OmanDoctors is not an emergency service. Do not use the Platform for life-threatening emergencies and do not use it to delay emergency or in-person care. In an emergency in Oman, call 9999 or go to the nearest hospital emergency department immediately.

Use of the Platform — including browsing listings, reading health articles, or using AI-assisted intake — does not create a doctor–patient relationship with OmanDoctors.

A doctor–patient relationship, if any, is only between the patient and the selected provider, subject to that provider's own terms and professional obligations. OmanDoctors is not responsible for provider clinical decisions, diagnosis, prescriptions, treatment plans, medication use, professional judgment, or outcomes.

Labels such as "verified", "approved", "active", "admin-reviewed", or similar do not mean government endorsement, Ministry of Health approval, guaranteed license validity, clinical quality ranking, or a guaranteed outcome.

These labels only mean that the listing passed OmanDoctors' internal administrative checks based on available information. Patients should confirm critical credentials, availability, fees, insurance acceptance, and clinical suitability directly with the provider or the relevant authority when needed.

• Provide accurate registration and contact information.
• Use the Platform lawfully and respectfully.
• Do not misuse OTP login, reviews, bookings, or provider contact details.
• Seek in-person or emergency care when symptoms are urgent or severe.
• Confirm provider credentials, availability, fees, and services directly before relying on them.

Providers who claim, submit, or manage listings must provide accurate information, maintain required licenses and authorizations, respond responsibly to booking requests, and comply with applicable healthcare, advertising, and privacy laws. See also our Provider Terms.

Booking requests submitted through the Platform are subject to provider confirmation. Payment processing, where enabled, may be handled by third-party payment providers. You agree to pay applicable fees disclosed at checkout. Payment card details, when used, are processed by the payment provider and not stored by OmanDoctors as full card numbers.

AI-assisted intake (including chat and voice features) helps organize symptoms and prepare summaries for routing to appropriate care. Specifically:

• AI tools are not medical devices.
• AI responses are not a diagnosis, prescription, triage decision, or treatment plan.
• AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unsuitable for urgent conditions.
• Emergency symptoms require immediate emergency care — call 9999 in Oman.

Always consult a licensed professional for medical decisions.

Patient reviews must be honest, based on genuine experiences, and must not contain abusive, defamatory, or misleading content. We may moderate, hide, or remove reviews that violate these terms or applicable law. Providers must not solicit fake reviews or offer incentives for misleading ratings.

• Impersonation, fraud, or unauthorized access to accounts.
• Scraping, reverse engineering, or disrupting Platform operations.
• Uploading malware or unlawful content.
• Using the Platform to sell unlicensed medical products or services.
• Harassment of patients, providers, or staff.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, pose security risks, or are required to be restricted by law. You may request account deletion as described in our Account & Data Deletion page.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OmanDoctors and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Without limiting the general disclaimer above, OmanDoctors is not liable for:

• provider acts or omissions;
• inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated listing data;
• provider availability, response times, delays, or cancellations;
• whether a teleconsultation is clinically suitable for a patient or condition;
• AI-assisted intake output;
• third-party payment, maps, messaging, analytics, or hosting services; and
• patient reliance on Platform data without confirming it directly with the provider.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy of all listings, or specific health outcomes.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
