OmanDoctors is a healthcare directory, discovery, booking, and communication platform. OmanDoctors is not a hospital, clinic, pharmacy, laboratory, medical practice, telemedicine provider, or emergency service. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, medication dosage instructions, or clinical decisions. All healthcare services are provided solely by independent healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies, laboratories, or other licensed establishments. Patients must confirm provider credentials, availability, fees, insurance acceptance, and clinical suitability directly with the provider.

1. Your right to request deletion

You may request deletion of your OmanDoctors patient account and associated personal data. This page is publicly accessible — you do not need to be logged in to submit a request.

2. What can be deleted

Patient profile and account credentials
Contact information (email, phone, WhatsApp)
Appointment and booking history, where legally permitted
Uploaded files you provided through intake or consultation
AI intake and chat session history linked to your account

3. Data we may retain

Some records may be retained where required or permitted by law, including:

Payment, billing, and fraud-prevention records
Security and audit logs
Data needed for legal claims or regulatory compliance
Anonymized or aggregated analytics that cannot identify you

4. How to submit a request

Use the form below (opens your email client) or email privacy@omandoctors.com with:

Your registered account email
Contact email for confirmation
Registered phone or WhatsApp (if applicable)
What data you want deleted
