Provider Terms

By creating, claiming, updating, or using a provider listing, provider portal, job post, consultation workflow, booking workflow, or other provider-facing feature on OmanDoctors, the provider represents that it has authority to act for the relevant healthcare establishment or professional and agrees to the Provider Terms.

Providers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their submitted information, professional licensing, authorization to practise, advertising approvals, employment or recruitment claims, patient communication, clinical services, telehealth suitability, medical advice, prescriptions where legally permitted, fees, refunds owed by the provider, and compliance with applicable laws and professional standards.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, providers agree to indemnify and hold harmless OmanDoctors, ESTIO technology Development SPC, and their directors, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, penalties, costs, and expenses arising from provider-submitted information, provider services, clinical advice, employment or recruitment content, regulatory breaches, patient complaints, misleading advertising, data protection violations caused by the provider, or misuse of the platform.

Any indemnity, limitation of liability, or provider responsibility clause remains subject to mandatory applicable law and legal counsel review for enforceability.

Online consultation features on OmanDoctors are intended to help users request communication with participating healthcare providers. OmanDoctors does not itself provide telemedicine, clinical services, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, emergency triage, or medical decision-making.

Participating providers are solely responsible for determining whether an online consultation is clinically appropriate, obtaining any required patient consent, maintaining medical records, complying with professional licensing and telehealth requirements, and advising the patient when in-person care, emergency care, or referral is needed.

OmanDoctors may provide technology tools such as booking, intake forms, messaging, payment initiation, reminders, and meeting-link fields. These tools do not replace the provider's professional judgment or regulatory obligations.

Telehealth-related workflows, consent wording, provider responsibilities, and platform limitations remain subject to legal, clinical, and regulatory review before any full commercial telehealth launch.

Users, patients, providers, and rights holders may contact OmanDoctors to report inaccurate listings, unauthorized listings, outdated contact details, privacy concerns, suspected misleading content, safety concerns, or content that may require regulatory approval.

OmanDoctors will acknowledge non-urgent complaints within 2 business days where possible and aims to review standard listing correction or takedown requests within 5 business days. More complex complaints, privacy requests, provider disputes, legal requests, or regulatory issues may require additional time.

Emergency medical situations must not be submitted through the complaint process. For medical emergencies in Oman, call 9999 or go to the nearest emergency department.

OmanDoctors may remove, hide, correct, suspend, or request evidence for any listing, job post, provider profile, review, advertisement-like content, or account where it reasonably believes the content is inaccurate, unauthorized, unsafe, misleading, unlawful, or inconsistent with platform policies.

These Terms, the use of OmanDoctors, and any non-contractual obligations arising from or related to the platform are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.

Subject to mandatory consumer, labour, healthcare, data protection, or regulatory rules that may apply, the competent courts of the Sultanate of Oman shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or related to OmanDoctors, its platform services, provider listings, booking facilitation, communications, or legal policies.

Where a dispute is commercial in nature and falls within the jurisdiction of a specialized commercial or investment court in Oman, the dispute may be brought before the competent court in accordance with applicable Omani law. Nothing in this section limits a user's mandatory rights under applicable law or the authority of regulators, ministries, courts, or competent public authorities.
